Land grabbing and land rights in Ethiopia will be the topic in course of the this human world – International Human Rights Film Festival 2017

The film days „Wissen.Schafft.Entwicklung.“ put a spotlight on topics concerning sustainable development which are of global relevance. They adopt a bridging function between researchers and civil society and look at development issues in a cinematic, artistic and transformative way.

Therefore APPEAR, the Austrian Partnership Programme in Higher Education and Research for Development, a programme of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and the Commission for Development Research (KEF) at the OeAD, invite you for the screening of „Dead Donkey’s Fear No Hyenas“, followed by a discussion in English with Kalkidan Negash Obse (Rector of Dilla University / Ethiopia) and Elshaday Kifle Woldeyesus (PhD student of the University of Graz and Addis Ababa/Ethiopia).
