vienna’s queer & queer minorities film festival is back! ✨
join us in this year’s HYBRID festival edition, where we’ll screen a carefully curated selection of features, documentaries and essayfilms, depicting a wide variety of sexual orientations, identities, and body norms to showcase and celebrate QUEERs and QUEER MINORITIES during pride month! 🏳️‍🌈
this year we are proud to present 12 austrian premieres, 1 world premiere and

the motto is also this year more present than ever before! while the global pandemic is calling us almost permanently to keep our distance, this year’s series of events of the festival calls us to search more intensively for our own „place“ and shows what it means when this is mostly not possible! with transition 2021, we not only want to offer a discourse for queer people, but at the same time we want to set an example to not only make space for us in the world, but also to explain the world as our space!
